Ever taken a job just because you were scared of going broke? Or said sorry even when you didn’t mean it—just to avoid conflict? And then felt that sinking feeling afterward?
That’s low-vibe energy in action - Fear. Guilt. Shame.
Heavy emotions. And guess what? They shape the results we get.
Energy Isn’t Just Woo-Woo
Nikola Tesla - yep, the science genius, believed thoughts and emotions are powerful energies. He said these energies either move us forward or hold us back.
He called things like fear and doubt “retarding forces”—they block our inner power. It’s like trying to paint a beautiful picture with shaky hands. We may finish it, but it won’t feel right.
What Happens When We Act from Low-Vibe Emotions
Bad decisions: Fear makes us rush. Guilt makes you over-give. A recent study showed that stress clouds our brain’s decision-making zone.
Weak results: When we act just to escape discomfort (instead of from clarity), our heart’s not in it. So, it fizzles out.
More mess: If we are vibing low, life tends to mirror that. We feel stuck. Tired. Confused.
High burn out: Carrying guilt or fear is like holding heavy luggage. We can’t walk far without feeling drained.
But When We Act from Clarity and Joy?
Things shift.
We move with flow.
Like Tesla tuning into the right frequency—our energy becomes focused, magnetic, alive.
So, What Can We Do?
Let’s not overthink. Let’s Just start with these:
Pause: Let’s not react from panic. Let’s take a few deep breaths. It resets our system.
Visualize: Let’s Picture how we want something to go—like Tesla did with all his inventions.
Ask: “Does this feel light and right?” If it feels forced, pause again.
Clear the junk: Let’s Journal. Meditate. Talk to a tree. Let those heavy emotions move through us.
One small high-vibe action: Let’s say no gently. Speak up with honesty. Rest without guilt. Small moves, BIG shift.
As usual - my EndNote:
Every action carries energy. If it’s born from fear or guilt, it’ll carry that weight into the world. But if it’s rooted in calm, joy, or purpose—it sparkles.
Tesla believed that clear mental energy shapes reality. So next time we’re about to make a choice, let’s check our vibe first. We need to shift it if we need to. And then go ahead with the one that feels good in your bones.
Because life flows better when our energy does. And we deserve that kind of ease.
